What is included with the Baselocation hosting packages?

All Baselocation hosting packages come standard with the following:
- Support for Microsoft Access Server Pages (ASP)
- 5 email aliases for each email account
- Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption for secure online transactions (netBusiness and netEnterprise only)
- Private FTP for uploading site
- Your own subdomain name (eg: yourbusiness.baselocation.com)
- Premium Baselocation server
- Tape backups
- High quality technical support

What kind of site statistics do I get?

Am I required to pay a year in advance, or can I pay month-by-month?

Currently we are only taking yearly payments for Web hosting, as this drastically reduces administration for both ourselves and your company.

If I sign up for a package, can I change to a different package later on?

Yes, we can change the account you are on. There is a one-off set-up/administration fee of $110 for this service. We will refund you for the remaining time left on the account, and start you on a new yearly subscription.

How do I pay for the account?
|
| A. |
We will send an invoice to your registered address. Checks should be made out to: Baselocation. We do not currently accept payment by credit-card, however we do accept direct-credit into our bank account. Please contact us to arrange this.
